The boys demand that Michael Dorn, the guy who plays Mr. Worf on Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987), drives them and their captured cattle in a semi-truck to an airport. Michael Dorn was voiced by Matt Stone, but the real Michael Dorn later went on record to say that he would have loved to play himself in the episode.
This episode featuring an impersonation of Michael Dorn as Worf came out in the same year that Dorn played the role of Worf for the last time, in 2002's Star Trek: Nemesis.
The parents call their children little John Walkers. John Walker was an American naval officer who spied for the Soviet Union during the 1980's.
Butters would show the boys a calf exerciser product which was about human body parts instead, since he took the word "calf" out of context when the boys were complaining about the little baby cows, which were also called calves not being able to walk.
