A dead woman is found in a science museum where beetles who eat human flesh have a made a trail out of their enclosure to her and are feasting. It looks like the woman was killed elsewhere and dumped at the museum. The only employee unaccounted for is a "Ceci Astor," who is the granddaughter of the Astor family who provided funding for that wing in the building. In addition a young boy is discovered hiding in the room. He seems traumatized. Is that because he saw something or did something? Mac, Sheldon, Lyndsay and Stella are all on the case.
The second case has Flack and Danny at a construction site where a broker lies dead. The workers don't know the guy and there is no blood or marks on the guy. What's he doing there and why is he dead? The autopsy shows someone squeezed insulation foam - which hardened quickly - down the guy's throat and he suffocated.
