- Several black people are killed and their skin ends up white as anything. One of the main characters winds up the same way towards the end of the episode.
- A guy opens his mouth and extracts at least a foot long rod.
- A guy is shot with a thorn which immobilizes him. He can't even talk or call out to his bus driver, and the driver takes off.
- The ending is a bit intense as two people (one effected by a poisonous thorn) crawl through a vent trying to find the way out while evading the main guest star.
