Wings has always been able to ride that fine line of absurd and silly yet still enjoyable to watch. I really find that the Casey character and the actress ruined the ability of the show to do that. Not each and every time, but she/her were just too over the top and more into the whacky humor which I don't like.
The story line and approach of Casey with Lowell and the art was just not enjoyable.
The Antonio thing with the guitar...eh.
The Brian stuff with the picture was funny, but lacked any real punch. That was more of a set up without a good payoff punch. Not sure how it could have been done better, but what they did...eh.
And it's funny...as old as this show is...26 years ago!!!... It isn't half bad at holding up.
