What Leo McGarry says, speaking with counsel Jordan, "This would be the first time ever a president has been censured" is incorrect. In 1834 the Senate censured Andrew Jackson ( in 1837 however the censure was expunged ). However, Leo corrects himself twice over the course of the day, once when talking with Josh about history's judgments and again when the president says he'll "make history" this way.
Bartlet names several places on his map of the Holy Land including Mount Sinai. However a couple of shots show that the map extends no further south than the Dead Sea.
