The eleventh episode of the series is an episode which focuses on Alan and his(her,its) little assured(insured), clumsy side with the women. Charlie he made change look so that he(it) restores self-confidence in him. This episode marks a light stop in the dynamics of the show, indeed the history(story) is lacking originality and creative funny situations. The dialogs are uneven, less hard-hitting than usually except with the mother of Charlie who always excels at her cruel humor. An episode which a little tends to mark time(be stuck) and to stay on its experiences. In spite of his(her,its) defects we cross(spend) a pleasant moment to see Alan taking things in hand so-so.

An enjoyable early episode

This first series of 'Two and a Half Men' was inconsistent, but when it worked out where best to focus its attention it was great.
This is an above average episode, and one that doesn't get too bogged down trying to keep lots of characters involved or telling a big story. It focuses on where the heart of the show is - Alan and Charlie.
It's hard to believe that the character of Alan became the way he did because here Jon Cryer's performance is so spot on in an almost Felix Unger way. It's a shame he became the same sort of ex obsessed character as Charlie in later years.
I enjoyed this early episode.
