Cooper is suspended
Tweekums25 May 2012
Warning: Spoilers
It is three days since Laura's killer, her father Leland Palmer, was arrested for her murder then died and Agent Cooper is getting ready to leave Twin Peaks; first he plans to go night fishing with Major Briggs. Before he can do that however he finds himself suspended from the FBI after a complaint from the RMCP about his raid into One Eyed Jacks to rescue Audrey Horne... it looks as though he will be in Twin Peaks a little longer than planned. Things look even worse for Cooper when we see Jean Renault and the Mountie discussing a plot to frame Cooper with involvement in the drug trade. Despite his problems he doesn't cancel his fishing trip; while sitting around the fire Major Briggs mentions something called The White Lodge; he intended to say more after Cooper returned from answering a call of nature but when Cooper returns the major is nowhere to be seen.

I had feared that things would be considerably less interesting once Laura's killer had been exposed but their was plenty to enjoy here; clearly the events at One Eyed Jacks are going to have repercussions and the mysterious White Lodge mentioned by the major will no doubt need to be explored in later episodes. Away from Cooper's problems it was interesting to learn that the mystery food critic everybody feared was in fact Norma's mother and Nadine's strange behaviour and amazing strength provided a laugh when she threw the school boy a vast distance through the air. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with this episode; it isn't the best of the series but it did show that it still has something interesting to say after the mystery of Laura's death was solved.

Warning: Spoilers
This was a very character heavy episode, dealing with the repercussions of the previous episode. This show has such great characters so it was great seeing how they all moved on. Cooper had a really great farewell scene that was really heartfelt and solidified what an absolutely brilliant character he is. However, that lovely moment was, in true Twin Peaks fashion, melodramatically halted as the FBI barged in accusing Cooper of various offences. Seeing Harry defend Cooper when approached by those agents was a shining reflection of his character too, and although he's definitely not my favourite, he's a great character and a cool guy. It looked like Cooper and Audrey were done too, and it was once again a great showing of Cooper's integrity, and we also got an insight into his past. I think they have really good chemistry and were a fun pair to watch. I suppose now that Cooper isn't going anywhere anytime soon, we'll see more of it. The very beginning of the episode featured a very emotional speech from Sarah, a character who doesn't get a whole lot of screen time but is certainly the most affected character in the show, so that scene was absolutely necessary. Overall it was definitely a slower episode but I'm grateful for the character moments it provided

More Machinations--Enough for Eleven More Episodes
Hitchcoc14 June 2017
Poor Cooper. He has done so much, but who should show up but another member of the Mod Squad (who worked with Peggy Lipton) and a Mountie. They make accusations against Dale. This is all at the feet of Renault who wants Cooper dead for the lives of his brothers. There are some stupid scenes. The one-eyed wife of Big Ed is so over the top, thinking she is back in high school that her appearance ruins every scene they're in. Then there's Leo. What's going on with him? Bobby is failing to keep Shelley happy. He is all blow and no go and she sees her life and freedom slipping away. This is going to be interesting. Then there's Norma's awful mother and some of the other characters who will now play a role. Finally we have Lucy and Dick and on and on.

Calm before the storm

Warning: Spoilers
So things get calm again after the death of Leyland. Three days later and we saw Cooper pretty calm even if he still wondering if Bob really existed. Bobby try to convince Audrey's father for a job but dont work. Cooper is judged because he broke the procedure of the police in the jack one eye club and become under investigations from his superior even if he try to explained the situation. Dick and Truman still want to know who is the father of the baby of Lucy. Leo moved a little. At the end, we witnessed a pretty weird event where we will saw Cooper disappear and reappear elsewhere. Pretty weird

So thing really get calm and more relax than the previous episodes, we witness some interesting events about relationship, business. And we wondering if Cooper will really leave Twin Peaks after the case of Laura. Just the end make us more curious about what did that weird thing. Need to see more.
