Another very funny episode.

Rag week, those were the days, when students weren't lumbered with huge debts, and sitcoms were genuinely funny. Rag week isn't necessarily the funniest episode of the show, but it does feature the most memo lines. Raymond's caustic comment to the robber, 'that was very Naughty,' and of course Grim's memorable saying, 'my arse is on the line, and I don't want a cock up.'

The delivery, the acting are terrific once again, Ben Elton used Atkinson's comedy capabilities to the max, and he shines through in every scene.

A gem. 8/10

Rag Week

Fowler foils a bank robbery under the impression that the criminals are students messing around, when in actual fact they are armed thugs. Fowler and Dawkins repair their relationship via both their heroics. There were funny moments throughout as usual another all round great episode.

I live in Watford, and I am proud to have it the location for numerous TV and film scenes. the bank robbery took place on Market street, opposite the Burger king and where Folwer went into to Deliver the Pizzas was the old Natwest building. its now a pub. Ironicly, where the police cars pulled up and Fowler was giving orders to the other officers was where the new Natwest is now. I would show you a picture if i could, maybe I'll set up a yahoo group. oh, and thin blue was very funny, too bad there no more of em. I did not like it when they got rid of the music introduction in the second series; the Fowler introductions were terribly unfunny, you weren't sure when the episode had started or not.
