Hyde and Leo are driving in the car and the cop's lights appear as they are being pulled over. As the lights light up the background, corrugated sheet metal is visible behind them. They are either in an undecorated soundstage or garage.
The second time Jackie tells Fez that she is cold, Fez replies, "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a rat's ass." This is a reference to the film, "Gone with the Wind" (1939), when the same line is spoken at the end. However, the movie line is, "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn", spoken by Clark Gable.
