To pay back the owner of the towns burger place they decide to still the ceramic clown. But the town and Kitty are very upset about losing that landmark.

This episode is also very funny, they all are at their best. Jackie with her fear of clowns, Donna being all into crime, Kitty upset about the town landmark.

We have an especially great scene where Bob fights with the clown. Bob is of course hilarious and so is how Fez is voicing the clown.

I realize with the 2 stars gone by this point that they were desperate to stir up something new, but Donna's sudden personality turn after 8 years wasn't fun, just bizarre.

Just phoning it in.

Really feels like different writers, so much so I had to check the credits. Donna acts so out of character it's jarring. Whole season just feels like everyone knew it was over so just went at it half hearted.
