- Donna decides it's time for the next wedding preparations: choosing a wedding gift list. This is to the boys' anger as Donna only includes 'things at are used at the table for cooking, serving or taking away a meal', and nothing that they like, for example a trampoline. Hyde asks Donna and Eric to hide the wedding talk from Jackie. Whenever Jackie hears about Eric and Donna's wedding, she wants to know when Hyde and she are getting married. She kicks Hyde in the shins when Hyde says that he is not ready to get married yet.
Eric is a wreck after a six-hour shopping raid. Fenton (Jim Rash) is the sales rep, the same guy who sold Eric Donna's wedding ring. Donna wants to see every item in the shop before registering for her gifts. She declares that this is just a scouting trip and that they will have to return to make their final selections. Fenton is more than happy to show Donna around, while Eric spends his time in the sporting goods department.
Eric is eager to take Red's advice: choose so badly she'll declare him shop-incompetent and do it all herself. Donna wants Eric to help pick a fork for their dinner set. Eric picks the one which had an actual deer hoof as a handle. He calls it the Cherokee collection. Donna tells Eric that she will go shopping by herself and will show Eric later.
Ala's veteran Kelso gives the game away at first glance. He tells Donna that Eric picked the ugliest one so he wouldn't be made to go shopping, so as punishment she decides that Eric must go shop wedding cloths with Jackie. Donna says she has extra shifts at the radio station and asks Eric to go shopping with Jackie, who surprisingly knows how to handle a male shopping-stooge (with candy). Fenton shows all the different types of crystals to Jackie, but Jackie decides that she wants to look at China. Jackie will decide everything, and all Eric has to do is to hold her purse and eat candy.
Donna is angry that Eric likes shopping with Jackie. Eric says Jackie doesn't ask him questions and just tells him what to do and he likes that. Jackie has even picked out the perfect tuxedo for Eric, which makes it look like he has shoulders. Jackie was trying a wedding dress and Hyde finds her beautiful. But this starts Jackie off on wedding planning and he cannot get her to stop.
Meanwhile Kitty and Fez catch Red enjoying reading one of her dirty girls books called "Mutiny from Behind". At first Fez finds out, but Red threatens him to keep quiet. Red enacts his fantasies with Kitty in bed. He imagines himself to be the pirate ship captain, and Kitty is his rich hostage. Fez finds Kitty knitting her blouse (which got ripped apart when Red was enacting his fantasy on her) and tells her how Red is reading her dirty girly book. Kitty secretly gives Red a new book, when he finishes the first one.
Kelso tries to come up with new ideas such as "Stroller for Adults": Wheelchairs, "Bicycles with Engines": Motorbikes and reluctantly concludes that everything worth anything has already been invented.
