In the last seconds of this episode, Picard enters his room. The door starts closing before he is fully inside.
Dr. Crusher tells Geordi not to exhale when they depressurise the cargo bay. This is bad advice; the pressure differential between the lungs and the vacuum can burst the internal vessels and membranes of the lungs as the air inside them expands.
Submariners train to do this for similar reasons when escaping from a sinking; as they rise to the surface inside their evacuation suits, they're trained to exhale forcefully to equalise the pressure in their lungs as the external water pressure drops using a "ho-ho-ho"-type sound.
When Geordi depressurizes the cargo bay, he and Beverly not only survive complete and instant depressurization, they can keep their feet on the floor and even hold on with one hand.
After the disaster hits the ship, in 10 Forwards Riker asks Data if they can "get to engineering" and Data replies "No Sir", then explains immediately how to get there. A more logical reply would have been to offer the indirect route to begin with.
The idea that biracial children cannot look like both of their parents is naive at best, racist at worst. They get half their genetic material from each parent. Just because Keiko and Miles' baby has Asian features doesn't mean that Worf can't notice that she also looks like Chief O'Brien.
When Geordi depressurizes the cargo bay, everything is seen going into space except the panel leaning against the wall under the plasma fire.
While Picard and the children are on the turbolift leaving the bridge, the movement of the light outside the window reveals they are moving up, rather than down.
Holes indicating the placement of rank pips are already on Marissa's jumpsuit collar before Picard places the pips on her.
Turbolifts have been seen to not only travel up and down, but also horizontally. Yet, after Picard and the children escape the lift they were trapped in, it falls without one horizontal tube being seen.
When Beverly and Geordi are trapped in the cargo bay, Beverly says, "Geordi, this wall is HOT!", Geordi, acts surprised and asks "Where...?". It has already been established that his VISOR can easily see a broad range of EM spectrum including infrared. Surely, he would have seen the wall was hot before Beverly ever touched it.
When Riker and Data's head finally make it to Engineering, the entire section is devoid of personnel. We already know that La Forge is stuck in the cargo bay, but where is the rest of his staff? Isn't there anyone in command in Engineering? With the extreme effort it took Riker and Data to reach Engineering, it's unlikely that the crew could have easily left the section. And surely there are Starfleet protocols requiring at least some crew to man the section in a situation such as the one they're in.
Since the Enterprise uses the Chain of Command system, it is not the highest-ranking officer who assumes command, but the highest ranking officer in the Command Chain. As a psychologist, that would not be Troi, but Ro.
With O'Brien on the bridge at the time, wearing the pips of a lieutenant he outranks Ensign Ro, so command should fall to him.

One of the biggest plot points involves Troi's command decision on whether or not to separate the saucer section and risk leaving behind survivors. Ensign Ro states that they have no reason to believe there are any survivors on the other part of the ship. However, Troi should be able to easily sense the emotions of any living people on the ship, making her the only person who *could* determine this. Ensign Ro asks Troi if she can sense anyone alive in the drive section and she states that she can sense that people are alive but not where.
Ensign Ro says that there's no reason to believe that anyone is alive in Engineering. However, she should know that, since confinement mode indicates that there was a hull breach on the bridge, any of the senior staff would come to the conclusion that everyone on the bridge is dead (just like Riker & Data do), & so try to reach Engineering to regain control of the ship.
At the beginning, the woman in charge of the bridge shift is identified as Lieutenant Monroe. But in the end credits she is listed as "Ensign Monroe".
