Erlich has his first operation. While he is performing it under Daniels' scrutiny, a woman comes in with a gun, looking for the doctor who gave her husband a vasectomy that didn't stick (she has eight kids). At that point it gets ludicrous. There is a rather touching issue with a nurse getting a mastectomy. That is well done. The thing is the whole business with the gun toter is beyond any belief.
