This one is a brilliant episode, it has this thing with Butters being fired, Butters simply will no longer be in the place of Kenny, the time of Butters as the fourth boy is over. And is really brilliant, the boys, Cartman, Kyle and Stan, choosing who's going to be the replacement of Butters, who's going to be the new Kenny, the whole idea of auditioning friends is hilarious but is brilliant because from the perspective of the ones that are auditioning (those who gave Cartman, Stan and Kyle $10 to enter to the competition! We have Damien, Towelie, Pip, Ike, Wendy, Clyde, Craig, Token, Jimmy, Timmy, Tweek, Loogie and some others in the competition) is like "if I win I will be finally a protagonist of the show", is great when this kid, one of the potential friends certainly, Dog Poo is like "I deserve to win because I've been hanging around like for 5 years and I never get to say or do anything" but for his misfortune during the very first cut he has to leave the competition (just like this kid Dougie). And how Cartman, Stan and Kyle are seeing who's the best to be their new friend? Is very simple, they go with the candidates to the amusement park, to see how it works with each one of them, they see who help them the most in the school, etc. (is genius that part when they prove who looks better with them while waiting for the bus and is hilarious Towelie totally high trying to play on his electric guitar Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven during the talent show competition! No Stairway!).
The other part of this episode is about what happens with Butters after he receives the news that because of being a lame friend (!) he can't be any more with the boys. And is completely memorable, the dark side of the most innocent boy from South Park, the birth of a villain, THE South Park villain, PROFESSOR CHAOS!!! And the town people should be really worried, I mean in the town now with the arrival of Professor Chaos you can receive the wrong meal at restaurants and if you're a teacher your eraser is no longer safe but if you think that's too hardcore even for a super hardcore villain like Professor Chaos well you better star praying since once Chaos' allied General Disarray appears the end of the world is near! A must-see perfect episode!
