Solid episode

This is one of my favorite South Park episodes. It is very re-watchable compared to some of the other sixth season installments. My parents went to several of those free this-or-that marketing scams when I was growing up --- which I hated --- and I can definitely relate to that portion of the plot but it's the lampooning of sports movies that makes this episode a winner. The spoofing hits just the right tone. Most notable is the "Montage" song that also made it into "Team America". There's only a few laugh-out loud moments, mostly aimed at Butter's expense by Cartman, but the whole episode is amusing. A gem in a uneven South Park season.

Pretty Funny

Asspen is the season 6 episode of South park.Kenny died in the last season of South Park, so now Butters is their replacement. He was a small character in earlier episodes and the movie but now he is more known.Butters is alright but I like Kenny much much more.It was a stupid choice to remove Kenny altogether, and Im glad they bring him back in the later episodes.Asspen is about the boys and their parents going to Asspen ski resort. The parents have to view a time-share presentation, but the time-share people keep bothering and pestering them to come to more meetings.Meanwhile the boys learn to ski and for no real reason, a more professional skiier challenges Stan.Stan loses and then trains. It uses the same training montage song which was in the movie "Team America"(though this episode came out 2 years before).Asspen is a pretty funny and good episode.

South Park in Aspen…we're gonna need a montage!

Warning: Spoilers
This one, a great Season 6 show, if not one of the very best of that Season. I remember not really loving it when I saw it for the first time years ago but now after seeing it again yesterday I only can say that the second show of Season 6, Asspen, is just clever, hilarious, bizarre, just a great parody of sports (ski) movies, now I really love it (I wrote some months ago something similar about the first episode of Season 6, Jared Has Aides, since that episode like this one wasn't one of my favourites).

This episode begins with Butters' parents proposing to Kyle and Stan's parents to go all together (now that their son Butters is the new Kenny!) to Aspen for a ski weekend, you know some free nights in a condo just for attending a 30 minutes time-share presentation then is South Park in Aspen. Two sections, on one hand we have a lot of fun with the not fun at all time of the parents in Aspen, nothing of skiing, nothing of nothing until they decide to buy some shares in a condo! On the other hand we have Stan practically trapped in a movie, he was just starting to learn some about skiing but soon he will have to deal with the hotshot as*ho** skier that steals your girl, the dorky but hot girl that needs your help to save the youth center, the really difficult and dangerous mountain, etc. Is just hilarious, the hotshot skier being like "think you can beat me?" and Stan like "no" but is more hilarious when finally Stan is like "dude, he's got Heather" and his pal Kyle is like "you don't even know Heather!", Stan is gonna need a montage! Brilliant song, and also I have to add the hilarious stuff with Cartman and Butters, the Hitler ("hey little dude you got some crap right there" "that's my face sir"), Butters' dance, well check out this awesome episode!
