When Tony brings the drunk Meadow to her motel room, the number on the door is 22. But the next morning when they leave, it's marked room 20. Earlier, Fred Peters had read on the cleaning lady's list that Meadow was staying in room 20 and Tony in room 21.
During Tony's first phone call to Christopher, Tony's hair changes from dry to wet in between shots several times.
During the conversation between Tony and Meadow over dinner in the restaurant, the bra strap on Meadow's right shoulder appears and disappears.
When Tony brings Drunk Meadow back to the hotel, they enter room 22 near the middle of the row of rooms and a couple is going into room 20 at the end of the row of rooms. When Tony and Meadow leave the hotel, they exit room 20 which is now located in the middle of the row of rooms where room 22 used to be.
The gun on the car seat next to Fred Peters is a Ruger .22 target model with a tapered barrel. When he raises the gun in his trailer, the barrel has changed to a heavy cylindrical "bull" barrel. When he steps outside the trailer, it has changed back to a tapered barrel.
Tony and Meadow are driving around in a Lincoln sedan, but they return home in his black Suburban. However, it's likely the Lincoln was a rental as they did not want to take the Suburban on a lengthy road trip.
When Fred Peters talks with the man and women on following Tony Soprano on the Colby Campus, he describes to them that the car Tony is driving is a gray Town Car, new model. The car is actually a Lincoln Continental not a Town Car.

As Tony follows Carmela out of the kitchen in the final shot of the episode, a crew member is clearly reflected in the oven door.
When Fred Peters runs outside to investigate the strange noise All he sees is Tony's car driving down the road, yet he describes his appearance as though he had seen him even though it was only his car at a distance. In addition, he knows exactly which motel to check while looking for the mysterious stranger.
The college student walks past Tony and says, "He's our most famous alumnus, even though he has no idea that Tony had just read the Hawthorne quote. Writers constantly make the error of assuming characters in shows have the same knowledge of events as the viewer.
Father Phil Intintola tells Carmela that he had to "say mass" for someone earlier. Mass is never "said," it is always "celebrated," and a priest of all people would know that. He would have said that he had to "celebrate mass" for someone.
