When Tony is on the phone in the strip club, as he is talking to Serge he writes down his number on the back of his left hand. In the next shot there is no number on Tony's hand.
During the first visit with Dr. Melfi she is sitting straight in her chair with her right leg crossed over her left except in one cut where she is sitting facing right with her left leg crossed over her right leg. She is back in her original position in the next and all subsequent scenes.

When Brendan is doing a truck heist without Christopher, one of the hijackers drops his firearm and it discharges. The firearm that is dropped is clearly a Glock pistol, which is equipped with three automatic safeties, one of which is a drop safety that prevents accidental discharge in the event of the firearm hitting the ground.
When Christopher enters Bada Bing, he says, "Technology comes to The Bing", referring to the stolen DVD players he's delivering. Although unlit, the neon sign reading "Satin Dolls" is visible. Satin Dolls is the real-life setting of Bada Bing.
Tony says he watched The Bank Dick (1940) on his new DVD player. The film was not available on DVD at the time. It would not be available on DVD until 2000.
In the wide shot of the coffee shop in Montclair when Paulie and Pussy enter, a white Budd Entertainment truck is clearly visible in the window- Budd is a major rental company in New York City that supplies trucks and other vehicles to productions in the film/TV industry.
