The group lands on a world where medical drug use is mandatory to keep the citizens peaceful. There is no crime, and everyone seems to be relaxed and happy. The drug enforcement officers have medical dart guns, and the hippies of this world are on the run because of their anti-drug message. Colin and Maggie are darted with drugs, and Quinn and Rembrandt must find a way to neutralize the euphoric effects. This was really a fun episode. It was light and the storyline very believable. I really enjoyed the scenes with the doped up cabby. This world reminds me of a book I read years ago, Brave New World. If you can keep the population drugged up, you can easily control them. This is one of the best episodes of the series.
