The Sliders are hit by a beam from the Kromaggs, rendering them unable to move. Arturo's head and arms face Quinn. When a Kromagg walks up to Arturo, Arturo's head now faces the ground and his arms are around his head.
At the end of the episode, a red Kromagg vortex is opened. When it cuts to the other side, blue lighting is shown to depict the typical blue vortex, but it should have been red.
During the teaser, the group sees an alien ship approaching. When the shot shows the group, the garbage on the ground blows around them in a whirlwind from the ship's movement. When the angle changes to show the ship, the garbage is perfectly still.
While the group run through the Kromagg hallways, Wade asks how will they slide without a timer. Quinn silently moves his mouth, as if his dialogue was muted. Rembrandt then replies to Quinn. According to a script, Quinn's line is "Maybe we can't slide, but I'll still take getting far away from this complex, for starters."
During the opening sequence the sliders land in what is supposed to be San Francisco, but the Vancouver Lookout is highly visible in the background.
While Quinn and Rembrandt are in prison, Rembrandt asks for the time. Quinn says he doesn't know and states there are no clocks. Soon after this, Quinn rubs his face and there's a watch visible on his wrist.
When the group is about to escape the first world, Quinn says there's twenty-three seconds remaining. About forty seconds pass before he activates the timer.
