- On Krusty's show, he states that heart disease can happen to anyone, especially overweight, heavy-drinking, chainsmoking clowns. He then explains that's why the doctor installed him a zipper, and continuously zips it open and closed until it gets stuck open. Krusty bleeds out quite a bit, and remarks that he should have gotten the button-fly. He is then shown on a stretcher. Played for laughs, and he appears later to inform Bart about child obesity at the Simpsons' house.
