A Very Sarcastic Episode,

Helter Shelter is a great Simpsons episode with a well written storyline and loads of very funny scenes.A lot of people don't like this episode,and while I will admit it's a weaker one in the fourteenth season,I still found it very fun,it was written purposely to be ridiculous, which I don't think a lot of people realised,as if a house getting eaten by termites and a family have to live in a reality television series is a concept many shows have done before,I don't see how people couldn't see that it was suppose to be goofy humour,I liked it and it was fun to see the writers try something different.Its certainly not a highlight of the fourteenth season,but Helter Shelter is still a very fun Simpsons episode that I certainly enjoyed.

After the Simpsons home gets eaten by termites,they are forced to join a reality show where they must live like a family from the 1800's.

It's lazy, it's boring and it hits on the same note for the entire runtime. Do yourself a favor and do anything but watch this episode

This episode's weak and sparsely funny. The jumps this show often takes, going from workers compensation, to a hockey game, to termites, to a reality show. The same character that was the plummer is now the pest control guy and probably more.

Another decent episode

A bit like the last episode of S14 really in the sense that it's a one joke idea (The Simpsons having to live like a family in the 1800's), but that doesn't make it any the less enjoyable.

I like the satire of reality tv shows, and the jokes around the video diary concept.

A decent, if unspectacular episode overall.
