  Jillian Borson : [scene shifts back]  I was the one who brought up the divorce.

  [obviously grasps for words] 

  Jillian Borson : He cried like a baby, and begged for me to give him another chance.

  Beth Snow : [scene shifts back again]  Daniel said there hadn't been a marriage for a long time.

  [sighs, hand in hair] 

  Beth Snow : He cried in my arms all night, despondent that he'd thrown the best years of his life away.

  Jillian Borson : [and back again]  Uneducated, soulless whore! Trapped him with sex! Apparently she was willing to do *anything!*
