Cat and mouse chasing episode , china town introduced to outside Farmington

The tensions are high and hot with the strike team. One thing that annoyed me through this episode was bringing back Natalie Zea character for Vic Mackey. I don't think she served much purpose for the series and wish they dedicated more stories for the main cast spread out. This episode plays out getting to chase 1 specific guy in a community who also killed a child, we see him only twice leaving with his bicycle and when Vic and others catch him in the end, just a specific chasing around episode , Dutch squeezing the O'Neil about the money train and was thrilling to watch how he portrayed his character. Other than that not that special episode in terms of character development , but the last 3 episodes of season 3 follow up good on this.
