More subterfuge in a sun-frenched exotic locale, as was the norm for Templar. The plot outweighs the action here but it's all very watchable and entertaining, particularly with the likes of Lois Maxwell - teaming up with Moore nearly a decade before LIVE AND LET DIE - in the supporting cast.
