Only after band singer Matt steals a kiss, Sara remembers loving only Bailey. - Joe arrives back in town and confronts Charlie about a notice of sale that he has received for Salingers, and Charlie eventually reveals that Kathleen has put together an investment group to buy the building housing the restaurant in order to shut it down and make him lose the restaurant in retaliation for breaking up with her. Unbelievably, all of the siblings blame Charlie for this predicament they are now in. With his pride and ego destroyed, and nobody to console or stand up for him, Charlie, feeling angry and frustrated, goes out that evening to a bar, gets drunk, provokes a fight, and ends up in jail for being drunk and disorderly. Joe is forced to bail out Charlie of jail and surprisingly, even Joe unfairly blames Charlie for the restaurant issue by reminding him, in a cruel and harsh tone, about Charlie being always immature and irresponsible and ties it in with Charlie's long history of making the wrong choices. Meanwhile, Bailey becomes obsessed with Sarah's safety after she and Matt, a band member of Sarah's, are mugged. Claudia attends her first "make out" party with Jody who has no time for Claudia due to her boy-crazy attitude. Both Julia and Justin are at a loss on how to save their relationship, which leads to both of them flirting with other people, she with a man named Ian whom she meets in her photography class and he with Corey, a TV station co-worker.—Anonymous
