The Risky Business (#2.18)
ComedyFan201015 September 2014
Warning: Spoilers
Sandy is participating as a host for a benefit in an auction. Trey is looking for an apartment to live now. Marissa helps him to get the apartment Alex used to live in but he doesn't pass the background test to be a building manager and has trouble affording it. So he steals a movie item from Risky business. But is found out by Ryan later and regrets it so they all make their best to hide the issue from the adults until they get the egg back.

A good episode. I thought that Trey may return back to stealing but I am glad they managed to do it without make him look like the bad guy but more as somebody lost in unfavorable circumstances to get his life back together. And it was great to see them all work to get it back together. Just like with recreating the Spiderman scene a few episodes ago they also recreated the Risky business catching of the egg scene. Greatly done. So was the way they tried to postpone the egg by auctioning shoes, themselves and Marissa giving away an antique tea set to give money to Trey for his apartment

There's a time for playing it safe and a time for Risky Business.

Warning: Spoilers
Sandy reluctantly serves as host/auctioneer at yet another OC benefit; Trey lies to Ryan to prove that he can be self-dependent; Carter reinvigorates Seth and Zach's comic book dream, much to the annoyance of Summer. Marissa moves in with the Cohens.

When you expected this episode would be all about Ryan and Marissa! It was fun though, Seth and Ryan were on a mission to retrieve the crystal egg from "Risky Business", that Trey sold.

Also, Seth and Zach are seriously thinking about re-discussing the publication of "Atomic County". Although, I don't see Zach's part of the work, the characters belong to Seth, the story belongs to Seth. Marissa is Cosmo Girl, Summer is Little Miss Vixen, Seth is The Ironist and Ryan is Kid Chino. Where does Zach fit in?
