This was a well constructed police drama and Charlie did his thing. At the beginning an agent is killed in a meth lab explosion. There are two problems. Find the guy who is responsible. Find his daughter whom he is abusing. There are several disturbing scenes, however. Sometimes Charlie gets on my nerves. He is full of regrets and gets all morose. He loses sight of the important things, the things that are most urgent.
