This didn't have quite the sparkle, but it was still pretty decent. Michael is such a self-centered, rather unlikeable character, but it shows what a good actor the late Peter Scolari was. Stephanie is as vacuous as ever as the rich, handsome TV baron shows up to sweep her off her feet. I thought the best part of the show, however, was George trying to do a crossword puzzle and watching those around him cringe as he comes up with the most ludicrous answers. I thought the best line in the show was when Dick saw Stephanie and this other guy passionately kissing. He comes out and says, "Holy Cows!" There is also a bit after Dick's show about people traveling to a place where there is cannibalism.

A rich guy is looking to buy Michael's TV station and maybe steal Stephanie from him.
An OK episode about Stephanie and Michael's relationship as both are interested in this millionaire, Stephanie because of his material riches and Michael because it would help his career. However the funniest moments are George trying in vain to finish a crossword puzzle.
