Anything for a buck television. Stephanie's father buys WPIV and allows Michael to run things. Soon he is allowing the new baby Stephanie to make all the decisions based on whether she wiggles her toes or not. What follows is not the least bit funny. Dick is to be let go but because of time constraints he ends up on the air. He interviews former Democratic presidential candidate George McGovern who is about as dull as one can make him. Dick asks stupid questions and McGovern gives the same answers over and over. Of course, when the show was turned over to the idiotic Michael and Stephanie, it had sunk in the mire.

Stephanie's parents buy the WPIV TV station for Baby Stephie.
An OK episode. Michael and Stephanie look to the baby to make decisions for the station even though she can't talk. Funniest scenes are when Dick interviews former Presidential candidate George McGovern (a friend of Darryl's) and uses baby talk to please little Stephie.
