George is going to be roasted by the Beaver lodge and he asks Dick to be a part of it. Like so many things that go on in this show, there is a surreal element to it. Dick works up a comedy thing that is funnier than any of the others, but because of its cleverness, he hurts George's feelings. Of course, humor is always unpredictable. When Dick tells Joanna the jokes she doesn't respond at all. A subplot is Stephanie having to sell a box full of cosmetic samplers. Of course, being the diva she is, it is painful for her to do this. The episode ends with a big catch at George's secret fishing hole and a mosquito attack. Not a super episode but it has its moments.

George is man of the year at the Beaver lodge and asks Dick to tell some jokes at a roast.
A funny George episode. Dick's jokes about George hurt his feelings and he thinks about leaving the Stratford. It ends in a funny and somewhat touching scene between the two guys. There is also a funny subplot with Stephanie trying to sell cosmetics. Harley also has another funny appearance.
