  [phone rings and Stottlemeyer answers] 

  Capt. Stottlemeyer : This is Stottlemeyer. Yes.

  Capt. Stottlemeyer : I understand.

  [puts down the phone] 

  Capt. Stottlemeyer : [to Randy]  I hate that man. *I hate that man!*
