When selecting IM Force members to participate, Phelps (in a head-on shot) places the folders down with his left hand. When the camera perspective changes, he's using his right hand for all four regular members.
The French "Out of order" panel between the two elevators should read "Ne fonctionne pas".
When Barney (Greg Morris) is cutting through the bottom of the safe he puts on welder's goggles. This would be unnecessary as a cutting torch does not create the blinding light of a welding torch. However, he should've had a full face shield on to protect his face from dripping slag.
When Barney is drilling and cutting out the floorboards to access Cresnick's desk safe, he would be heavily covered in saw dust, and should be wearing goggles to protect his eyes from the debris. Clearly actor Greg Morris is not really doing any cutting.
The revolver gun Rollin points from the back seat of a car at the driver is not loaded. A closeup shows that all of the chambers in the cylinder are empty.
The non-French word "STOP" is painted on the French road.
When in the Morgue, Cinnamon suggests Cresnick come to her hotel to discuss business. Yet she leaves without telling him where she is staying.
As Rollin points the gun at the driver from the backseat, the gun is heard being cocked. In the same shot, the gun is not cocked after the sound was heard.
In the elevator, it sounds like Jim calls Barney "Brian".
