The overlay Jim takes pictures of has 16 red lines on it. The image of the overlay from the pictures Jim took does not match the original overlay. There are only 8 red lines on the image Cinnamon projects on the table. Then, after exposing the projected image onto print paper, the red lines on the image that develops are not even close to the original projection. The 'fake' image Cinnamon creates is actually the same as the image that was originally projected on the table (which was supposed to be the real overlay).
When Jim enters the building in uniform (as masseur), his yellow papers just disappear after the guard verifies them and tosses them onto the desk.
After Felicia Vabar takes off her coat, she sits in a chair facing away from the camera. As she sits, she crosses her legs. The angle changes and her legs are instantly uncrossed.
The first time Cherno pulls the trigger on the revolver, the cylinder rotates so that the chamber holding the bullet goes from the lower left position into the upper left position, or the next chamber to fire when the trigger is pulled again. The next time Cherno pulls the trigger, the chamber with the bullet is in the lower position and moves into the lower left position, and would require two trigger pulls to enter the firing position, ending up in the starting position for the first trigger pull.
Mission message tape problems: At the start, the total amount of tape looks to be about 1/2 of a reel, and about 3/4 of that is on the left reel. The next shot of the tape, after 10 seconds of the message, shows the take-up reel with about 3/4 of the tape on it. After another 27 seconds of the message, the take-up reel now has almost all of the tape on it, and the total amount of tape appears to be about 3/4 of a reel (not 1/2, as it appeared to be earlier). After another 6 seconds of message, the same amount of tape appears to be on the reels. Finally, when the tape self-destructs, the reels are not moving - but Jim never stopped the tape player.
When Barney is fixing the panel at about 10.30, when he closes the panel door, it says, in English, Traffic Control, rather unusual for a European Country.
Barney appears nonchalantly as a militarily officer in what is obviously an East European setting, and fails to arouse any suspicion at all.
After they discover the "Rollin" they shot was a dummy, Rollin turns on the lights. He is standing in the doorway with his gun holstered "backwards" on his left side, so it could be grabbed quickly with his right hand and fired. However, he also has a cigarette in his right hand; if the gunman had decided to draw on him, Rollin wouldn't have had a chance.
When Phelps is looking at the IMF team photo of Rollin Hand, a reflection of the person holding the photo (it is not Phelps) can be seen at bottom of screen, and it is clear that that person is talking.
When Phelps masquerades as a soldier he is called a Corporal. It's inconceivable for someone of his age to be just a Corporal, which is a rank just above Private.
Cinnamon is shown processing photographic film and making prints in white light. Although this could be explained as a dramatic necessity, in the very next episode a character is shown doing the exact same thing, only he is correctly filmed under red lamps.
When 'Rollin' is shot, he hunches his shoulders as he falls forward. This would not have happened if it had been a dummy in the chair (as shown shortly after).
