Lee Meriwether, in the roles of Anna Rojak and Cinnamon Carter wearing a mask of Anna Rojak, is dubbed throughout by the actress playing Cinnamon, Barbara Bain, who generally gives Anna a distinctly different voice, but slips when she first speaks for Cinnamon-as-Anna in her jail cell.
The elevator shaft leading underground is the same one used two episodes earlier in Doomsday (1969).
The 'second stage' of the missile reads 'SSB, AN/ARC-65'. The ARC-65 is actually a Single Side Band (SSB) radio that was used on various bombers including the B-47 and B-52.
In the briefing scene, Barney is operating what is now known to be a Hexacopter Drone. This wasn't possible in 1966 but is very common now proving that the writers were always well ahead of their time. In fact, the 2 joysticks were virtually the same configurations that are used in 2023 remote drone flight.
Production of the show halted on the second day because of a near catastrophic accident. Per the script, Willy spirits Anna out of prison and up the furnace on a motorized rope. Halfway up the chimney the rope broke, and both dropped 15 feet to the furnace floor after bouncing off the chimney wall. Lee Meriwether fell on top of Peter Lupus, which cushioned her fall. She was unconscious and suffered a sprained ankle, torn leg ligaments and a bruised cheek. Lupus, due to his muscular physique, was able to absorb the descent and the impact. The prop person man had tested the rope up to a tensile strength of 900 pounds, but the actors had found its weak point.
