When Kostas is teaching Cinnamon how to play Baccarat, he draws a card for her. As the card leaves the holder, it flips up for a second and can clearly be seen to be a seven of clubs. But, in closeup, when he flips the card over, it is a seven of diamonds. In addition, Kostas says that he has a nine and a four, making thirteen. However, in closeup, he has a queen and a three--which would make thirteen in blackjack, but not in Baccarat (face cards count for zero).
During the opening briefing, in a closeup, Andre's hand is seen placing four gold chips on number seventeen. Then, when the scene switches to the casino, during the establishing shots, the exact same shot of a hand placing four gold chips on number seventeen is used again.
When Andre is playing roulette, Willy is taken away by Kostas' aides. At that moment, Andre looks at his watch and it is 1:10. Later, Willy returns, Andre looks at his watch, and the time is around 12:00.
When Rollin is examining the cards to find the marking, you can see he has a club card mounted in the microscope. In a subsequent shot the card appears to be the King of Spades.
When the red Aston Martin is driven, the straight-on closeup angle has no rear-view mirror in the middle of the windshield. However, in all of the wide shot exterior scenes, the Aston Martin rear-view mirror is clearly visible inside the windshield.
In the final hand, Kostas asks Rollin if he is drawing another card. Under the rules, the dealer hand will not know whether to draw another card until the player hand reveals what the third card is, and Kostas had not shown his third card, so there is no way Rollin would know whether the dealer hand has to draw a third card.
At the very end of the episode after Cinnamon and Andre have sat in the red Aston Martin a frame of the car from behind is frozen as the credits role. You can clearly see there are only four people in the car when there should be five. (Front) Willy, Andre, Cinnamon (Back) Barney, Rollin.
