- This movie involves a few scenes of quite suggestive and explicit sex, and frequent female nudity. Jenifer's bare breasts are often visible. She appears fully naked in one scene (her bare butt is shown).
- One interrupted sex scene involving a shirtless man and a naked woman on a bed (we see her bare breasts). The woman starts seducing him and caresses his chest. They kiss, then he turns her around and starts thrusting from behind; he is too rough, she is in pain and pushes him away (they were likely having anal sex).
- In one scene, Jenifer enters a man's bedroom while he is lying on his bed, sits on his waist, and has sex with him. The man moans as she moves above him, and her bare breasts are shown.
- In a scene, Jenifer seduces a man into having sex with her (they are fully clothed). She touches him all over, including his crotch, then sits on his lap (they are implied to have sex).
- In another scene, Jenifer starts touching and undressing a man inside a car. She licks his chest, then gives him a blowjob (we only briefly see her head above his crotch area, covering it). - A man starts to strangle Jenifer but stops.
- A woman is kissed by Jenifer, and when she looks into the mirror, her lips are scarred (no blood).
- A man cuts his hand and it's shown bleeding in several scenes.

- Jenifer has a horrifying disfigurement on her face and is a murderous cannibalistic creature.
- A cat, a little girl, and a teenage boy are graphically shown dead/dying and eaten. All of them are equally grisly and upsetting to watch.
- The finale is unexpected and intense.
