It's the subject of many a MWC gag, but I never really understood why Al doesn't like having sex with Peggy: she's a fine looking woman, and in this episode Katey Sagal gives Christina Applegate some serious competition in the sexy stakes. Both ladies sport tight leather outfits, and the older woman possibly wears it better.
Anyway, in this episode Al is ignoring Peggy's sexual advances as usual, lusting after food rather than his wife. Peggy takes Marcy's advice and tries turning her husband on by putting on a series of sexy attire, but nothing works. Eventually, she resorts to cooking him a steak and juicy rib in order to have her wicked way.
This is probably the best episode in quite some time: not only do we get Peggy looking great, but Ed O'Neill delivers some great laughs: "Choco cake! Choco cake! Eat so much you get a tummy ache!" and "I call it the Bundy one-finger bra unhook...".
