Marcy and Peggy (well more like Peggy) organize a girl's night out... to a strip club!!!!!!!!

Al and Peg hire a woman, on Marcy's advice, to repair their empty refrigerator. While Al's still complaining he hoped he could hire someone to fill it too, a beautiful empty refrigerators fixer appears on short denim pants who makes both Al and Steve stare at her until they are are discovered and scolded by Marcy. Peg shows herself much less judgmental with the guys for having stared at the girl, and as soon as Al and her are alone, she asks him if the lady had great legs and great other things to try to make Al willing of going ""upstairs""... which he refuses when he knew it was with Peggy and not with the repair woman. I think that we have to give Peg some credit in many episodes, both Al and her are very far from perfect but Peg at least keeps trying to make things more or less work. Anyway, as usual we had many good laughs an no one was mortally hurt.

That evening, Peg and Marcy gather with some other girls. When one of them asks about what to do, Peg says: "Girls...I've got it, let's go to Troy's!!!!!!!!" I think we could all assume what Troy's was but in one of the most predictable lines of the whole series, Marcy asks: ---"What's Troy's??? ---- Troy's as I think everyone guessed, or at least remember by my review's title , (lol) was a strip club...

In this two part episode, Marcy gets furious when she catches her husband, Steve, staring at other women in a sexual manner. She gets together to Peggy and her friends and they go to Troy's strip club. It's where they meet Zorro played by Fame's Billy Hufsey. That's where Marcy's wedding ring gets lost in his pants. Peggy goes to Troy often enough to be on a first name basis with everybody there. She tips well with Al's money. Anyway while Marcy tries to be the better mate in their relationship, she tries to hide the fact that she's lost her wedding ring down Zorro's pants. This was a relatively controversial episode in the day that would be considered tame by today's standards.

The second two-parter of Season 2, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun sees Marcy catching Al and Steve ogling the butt of the sexy female engineer who is fixing the Bundy's refrigerator. Peggy helps Marcy to get even by taking out for the evening with the girls - to Troy's strip joint. Marcy is shocked at first, but eventually becomes entranced by the sexy gyrations of stripper Zorro (Bill Hufsey). Marcy's fun ends when she thrusts a handful of dollar bills down the stripper's pants and loses her wedding ring in the process...

Some of MWC's funniest moments are when Al is in full-on sexist pig mode, and the opening to Girls Just Wanna Have Fun: Part 1 is hilarious, Al comparing the fridge repair-woman's ass to 'two little kittens playing gently under some denim'. Steve responds by comparing it to an apple, unaware that his wife is standing behind him. This episode's other big laughs are mostly derived from Peggy and Marcy going wild in Troy's, their jaws dropping and eyes popping as the oiled up dancers flex their muscles and thrust their groins. It's not particularly sophisticated, but it sure is funny.
