Another Terrorist Show

Sometimes, McGyver blunders up on terrorists. This time they come to him, cleverly breaking into the Phoenix Foundation to steal anthrax.

When this episode was written they had to have a Stephen Furst as a white-coated scientist overacting and gesticulating wildly as he explains what anthrax does. Now we've actually had anthrax terror attacks on our soil we know how dangerous it is.

What I don't like is the use of a Navy SEAL who got cut loose. He got a brain injury on the job that changed his personality but I don't like seeing American servicemen used as bad guys. I'd rather see Libyans like they had in the contemporary "Back to the Future."

Anthrax

I find it interesting that this Episode introduced the world to Anthrax for the very first time and no one really knew that considering we heard about Anthrax in 1993 from the first ever terrorist attack on US soil on the news. During 1993 the World got a taste of just dangerous this Chemical really was. In this episode of Macgyver it is finally explained and its interesting that the News didn't know anything about it. Back in the late 80's TV was very different then today's generation of TV. I love How Hollywood always has our future written in fiction. Now that we live in 2015 Things are not so Black and White anymore. We now have Hollywood to keep us on our toes. In a politically correct world we now can't even talk about anything that even relates to today's TV.
