The third time a MacGyver story ends with a physical manifestation which hints at a supernatural occurrence having been real.
The starting point of this story - a man knocked unconscious dreams he's returned to King Arthur's time - takes as its starting point Mark Twain's "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court". MacGyver's story takes a different path from Twain's, without the latter's corrosive misanthropy.
