After changing the flat tire in the General's Jeep they stole, they abandon the tire while under fire. However when they arrive at Rosie's Bar, the spare tire is mounted on the back of the vehicle for the remainder of the episode. However, when Burns goes to remove the jeep at the end of the show, the tire is missing again.
At the beginning of the episode, when Radar is sounding assembly, you see an overhead shot from behind the assembly, showing Klinger being the first one in line (you can tell because of his hat). Then when the camera angle changes to view from the front, it shows Klinger walking up to the formation from the back. Then it switches to the overhead view again, showing him already in line as before. And then the view changes back to the front again, showing him getting in line again.
Throughout the beginning of the episode, Radar and Hawkeye change Jeeps unexpectedly. At the beginning of the episode when Radar and Hawkeye leave the 4077th, they are in a standard issue Jeep with the front windshield folded down on top of the hood and only the identification numbers on the driver and passenger sides of the hood. As Radar and Hawkeye approach the first checkpoint and the shot changes to forward view over Radar and Hawkeye's shoulders, you notice they are in a different Jeep with no front windshield and a large white star on the hood.
When Hawkeye, BJ and Radar are helping wounded, BJ falls into a muddy ditch, staining his shirt and pants. When Hawkeye is introducing BJ to Frank and Margaret, his shirt is clean, without him being seen to change shirts.
On their way back to the 4077 Radar laments that he left his gum in the other jeep.
A few minutes later he pops something into his mouth, and tells BJ it's a Chiclet (gum).
During morning assembly, Majs. Burns and Houlihan synchronize their watches at "05:16, hack." However, it is bright, sunny, and clearly well past dawn -- yet at Uijeongbu's latitude, the sun never rises earlier than approximately 6:01 during the month of September (when this episode is stated to have taken place), so morning assembly could not have taken place in full sunlight.
Upon his arrival, Colonel Potter points out and takes pride in his award of the Army Good Conduct Medal, which he correctly points out it only awarded to enlisted men. Being a prior-service enlisted soldier, Potter might have been eligible for the medal if his service as an enlisted soldier had been after 1941, which was impossible because at that point, he had already been a doctor and an officer for more than 30 years, meaning he could not have been awarded the Army Good Conduct Medal as he claimed.
Frank hangs a portrait of General Douglas MacArthur in the commanding officer's office. But MacArthur had been relieved of his commands in April 1951, 17 months before this episode takes place (September 1952). Even if Frank has extreme admiration for MacArthur, military decorum would dictate that a portrait of the current commanding general - who at the time was Mark Clark - hang in the commanding officer's office.
While driving to Kempo Hawkeye and Radar drive down a road with a row of telephone poles, which wouldn't have been in rural Korea at the time.
In the opening, the flags are being raised for the US, Korea, and the UN. This would occur at 0800 every morning, not 0516, the time synchronized by Majors Burns and Houlihan. Also, they wouldn't have called assembly after the flags were raised, but before. They would have the company in formation for Morning Colors prior to the flag raising.
When Hawkeye and Radar attempt to pass a military checkpoint, Hawkeye tells the MP that Radar has "neurapraxia." Although this is a real medical condition, the typical symptoms only include loss of sensory and motor control in the upper and lower body, not foaming at the mouth or loss of consciousness. Additional trivia: Hawkeye bluffs the MP by implying that neurapraxia is contagious and that Hawkeye can't catch it because he only carries "the germ." None of this is true - it is not contagious and is not caused by a germ.
This is an obvious ploy that Hawkeye uses to get past the checkpoint. He knows that the average joe MP will most likely know nothing of medical matters, let alone a rare condition and says whatever he can that sounds medically disturbing enough to prevent the MP from investigating further.

At one point Radar addresses B.J. as "Colonel Hunnicutt." Radar often gets flustered in front of unfamiliar officers so it's possible that he was just nervous because he didn't know B.J. yet.
When Colonel Potter arrives at the 4077th, he is seen driving the same "General's Jeep" that Radar and Hawkeye stole while in Kimpo, noted by the large white star in the center of the hood, the serial number on the driver and passenger side of the hood 'US ARMY/2A401,' and the dirt patterns on the front bumper and fronts of the wheel wells added after the flat tire scene.
The camera cuts to the locals/guerrillas walking down the road. In the background, over the trees, you can see the 4077th flag poles.
A Korean girl sets off a mine and is knocked unconscious. YET there is no blood anywhere.
When Hawkeye and company finally get the new doctor to Rosie's Bar just outside of the #4077, there is a bar fight occurring behind a rice paper panel. As one of the fighters tears through the paper panel, a broken glass sound effect is used.
At the start of the episode when the United Nations flag is being raised, it is upside down.

The Eighth Army insignia on the wall of the Kempo Officers Club is displayed incorrectly. The octagon should have the red section on top, but it is displayed with the white section on top instead. An official army club would not make this mistake in displaying an official insignia.
When returning to the previous check point the MP says "Lots of inFLITrators" instead of "inFILTrators"".
While O'Reilly is being "promoted" to "Corporal Captain" outside of the Kimpo O-Club, the shadow of a boom mic is visible on his left shoulder.
When planning to steal the General's jeep at Kimpo, Hawkeye jokingly puts his hand over his eyes and quizzes Radar: "It's olive drab, right? And it's made in Detroit?" In reality, Korean War-era jeeps were all manufactured in Toledo, Ohio.
When Frank asks Klinger why he's wearing a flowered hat to morning drill, he replies, "It's spring, sir!" However, a graphic later identifies the episode as taking place in September 1952, which would be autumn in Korea.
The colonel that notices Radar's stripes fails to see that BJ is missing the Captain's Bars from his right shoulder.
When Hawkeye and Radar blow through a checkpoint, the latter points this out and Hawkeye apathetically responds, "what are they gonna do, throw us out of the war?" They could, and the two of them could also be sent to Leavenworth prison, though this thought never occurs to either of them.
