When Henry and Frank rush into Henry's office to see that Henry's booze are secure, they don't unlock the doors. The doors' being locked was the primary reason Hawkeye and Trapper took the desk out via the removed wall.
The desk that henry has in his office clearly is covered with hand carvings all around. But when Hawkeye and Trapper are carrying it around outside, there are no carvings on desk at all.
When Henry is talking on the phone, there is a framed picture and a plaque with a gold pistol on the right side of the wall. When Charlie visits to take a look at the desk, there is a bulletin board on the right side of the wall. And when the wall is torn down, there is just a bulletin board on the left side of the wall.
Interior scenes of Blake's office show the left wall has two large waist-high windows. However, when Hawkeye and Trapper detach the back wall to get the desk out, the exterior of the left wall looks like it's completely covered with corrugated tin.
When the wall to Henry's office comes crashing down the ground in front of the wall is covered with grass.
There is otherwise no grass growing anywhere in the 4077th, indicating this shot was taken away from the usual set at the Malibu Creek ranch.

When Trapper and Hawkeye are moving the desk out of Henry's office, their shadows and that of the desk indicate it's mid-day, even though it is supposed to be around dawn. In later scenes, the sun is at their backs and their shadows are elongated along the ground.
The tracing on the EKG in the OR is already present on the paper before it rolls under the stylus.
Hawkeye Pierce refers to a consignment of Hydrocortisone gone missing due to black marketeers, which forms the crux of this storyline. This supposedly occurred at the beginning of the Korean war, in 1950. But Hydrocortisone began to be used in medicine only in 1955.
Twice in dialog (around the 9 or 10 min mark) between Hawkeye, Trapper & Charlie Lee they refer to "Southeast Asia" as their location. Korea is in East Asia.
Charlie Lee reneged on a $10,000 sale of the heisted hydrocortisone to obtain Col. Blake's desk instead. However, it would have been much wiser of Lee to take the $10,000 ($102,000 in 2017 dollars!) and buy himself a similar desk and have it flown in from the United States. $10,000 certainly must have been far more than Col. Blake paid for it, even a handmade, 100-year-old desk that was the only one of its kind in all of "Southeast Asia." Blake never could have afforded a desk of that value and likely paid, at most, a few thousand dollars for it -- which would have left Lee with a tidy profit after buying himself a new desk.
When Hawkeye and Trapper go to complain to Henry in his office, they are still wearing surgical gloves from when they were operating a few minutes before.
Hawkeye and Trapper are at the office door, waiting to see if Radar can unlock the door. Thus far, they had not been able to take the top off the desk. So even if Radar does unlock the door, they couldn't get the desk out through the door. They should be over working on the desk top instead of watching Radar.
