The signpost shows Tokyo twice - on top and at the bottom. This occurs in the scene where Pierce is just coming out of Surgery after a marathon meat ball surgery session. The names of places would increase later and the place names would change as time passed by. There were three such signposts made during the shooting of the series. The second one was destroyed in a fire at the sets during the final season. The third signpost used for the series finale was donated to the Smithsonian museum. and is currently at the National Museum of American History (Washington DC).
The only "dear John" recording in the entire series. All other "dear Johns" have been letters.
As with many installments, this one has no real conclusion. Radar's love interest, Lt. Anderson, is never seen again.
