Klinger is paying Rosie at the counter. When counting his bills one is falling on the counter and stays there until the camera shot change.
Loretta Swit's fingernails can be seen to be over an inch long. No nurse, especially a head nurse, would have fingernails that long.
When Charles is tied up and ranting to Col Potter about Hawkeye and BJ he says that he "wants these vermin hung." Some have said that a " blue-blooded, Harvard-educated doctor would know that the proper word is "hanged", not "hung", but this is incorrect. Hung is the past and past participle of hang. So, hung is correct.
When Hawkeye is pouring beer into his cereal, it's a clear liquid, it must be water. Beer ranges from brown to red.
At the end of the episode, BJ gives the current date as August 10th. In Welcome to Korea (1975) (which introduced BJ), Colonel Potter is said to be assuming command of the 4077 M*A*S*H on September 19, 1952. That would then make this August 10, 1953 (based on the date that BJ gives in this episode). The Korean War ended July 27, 1953. So, if this is August 1953, the war would have already been over for two weeks.
At the end of the bar fight someone gets pushed through a glass window with a large crash of glass. Klinger then delivers a last line in front of the now broken window. The translucent "glass" is clearly a plastic sheet which can be seen hanging and moving behind him. The same window is visible in the background of the last scene of the show.
When Sgt. Scully confesses to Margaret that he's AWOL because he "walked off the line this morning," she replies, "You deserted?" However, there is a huge legal and disciplinary difference between being AWOL and deserting. In fact, desertion isn't even an issue until one is AWOL for 30 days, so Scully clearly has not deserted. As a high-ranking officer, Margaret should know this.
