Goofs:

Factual errors: After the detectives find a bag of ammonium nitrate, they are told that as a fertilizer it is good only on tropical plants. This is false; ammonium nitrate is useful in all agricultural parts of the world and is preferred in areas well outside the tropics (including Sweden).
