    Brooke Shields?

About 04:20 into the episode when Devon and Bonnie walk up the stairs, there are several model pictures on the wall, I believe one picture is of Brooke Shields, but I'm not sure, if someone can verify it. I uploaded a screen shot. I would like to know but I can't find any information. Maybe it's of a different model, but every time I watch this episode I see the picture at the top of this stairway and immediately think Brooke Shields. I don't think she is credited to any Knight Rider episodes, but at this point I am just trying to meet the quota for the minimum of six hundred characters required.

Nothing notable about this episode, the story was mildly entertaining and the acting expected. Some cool stunts but on the whole wasn't very interesting.

    The Topaz Connection

Philip Royce a character loosely modelled on Hugh Hefner is a glamour magazine publisher who is found dead but not before he contacted Devon Miles over an expose he was planning codenamed Topaz.

Michael Knight helps his daughter Lauren investigate his death with clues lying in Royce's computer but they need to break the password as the bad guys circle around Lauren and kidnap her.

Some dodgy pharmaceutical drugs lie at the heart of the story. KITT is photographed with a model, Michael and Lauren have romance in Las Vegas. Just to stay topical a cover of Down Under is on the soundtrack. Men at Work's song was number 1 in January 1983 in the US charts.

    Ok episode

Michael Knight is investigating the death of glamor magazine "Escape" publisher Phillip Royce who had contacted the Foundation to expose a story he referred to only under the codename - and has a bit of romance time to boot.

Some good action sequences boosts this routine episode such as the scene where Michael tries to stop the plane from taking off by shoving his jacket in the rudder and the final car chase - not an outstanding episode, which is bogged down in romance, but it's watchable.

Before Michael drives out of the Foundation Truck, K.I.T.T.'s front is facing the hatch of the Truck. But in the next scene, he drives out backwards.
    • Quotes

Lauren Royce: How did you get here ahead of me? You didn't drive all the way.

Michael Knight: I think we've got more important things to talk about. Like you and me, and some ground rules for working together.

Lauren Royce: I didn't know we were working together.

Michael Knight: I gathered that when you took off at the airport. So I say that's the first thing that we gotta decide here. Now, either we are working together, or we aren't working together. And if we aren't working together, all you've gotta do is say the word and I'm out of here.

Lauren Royce: You sure you can handle me?

Michael Knight: No. You sure you can handle me?

      Lauren Royce: No.
