When Adrienne hears the Studabaker approaching she looks down the road ahead and through a gap in some trees. She sends Randy and a henchman to deal with it and they drive off, clearly down a different stretch of road as there are no gaps in trees or other vehicles visible on adjoining roads.
Michael is driving along the road talking with KITT on the opposite seat. When he stops the car after running out of petrol, he opens the door briefly and KITT isn't there. He is there again when he offers the car to the man he flagged down on the road.
The television set that contained K.I.T.T. is given to Randy. The layout on the television set is the opposite of how it is laid out when K.I.T.T. is inside; i.e., the light is on the right hand side when K.I.T.T. is inside it, but is on the left hand side when Randy receives it.
Randy is seen using an Atari 2600 controller and "twisting" the stick to control KITT. This is not possible with this kind of controller. There is a "paddle" controller for Atari for this purpose.
When Michael and KITT are in Randy's bedroom trying to access his computer a crewman can be seen on the right side of the screen outside the bedroom window.
When Randy's mother goes to the kitchen and Michael hacks into Randy's computer, a man in a white shirt is visible on the right side of the screen and also reflected in the computer screen standing behind Michael.
