When Michael first enters and then leaves the White Rock General Store to give the store owner's younger brother a ride, he's wearing sneakers. When he returns to break up the fight after dropping him off by Lonny's van, he's wearing cowboy boots.
The stock close-up footage of KITT allowing Michael's hand to open the passenger door does not match Michael's hand in the longer shot.
(at around 26 mins) When the bikers are assaulting KITT, paint flecks can be seen flying off of the car even though it has a bonded molecular structure making it impervious to damage. When the bikers cease, a spot can be seen where the paint is chipped.
At the climax, one of the bikers is yanked backwards off his bike before he hits the rope strung across the road.
At the beginning, & end of the show. Michael meets Devon at a restaurant to discuss business, & to ask Devon about taking a Vacation? This is the only time that Devon thinks this is a "Splendid idea". In later shows, when Michael needs time off, for a vacation, or personal reasons. He has to almost argue with Devon about taking the time off.
The scenes of the bikers camp at night are clearly filmed at day, with very little stage lighting and the picture dimmed down to make it look as if it is night. In several shots, clear blue sky is visibly seen in the background.
At approximately 13:30 minutes in, as the bikers and K.I.T.T. cross paths at the "White Rock: 2 Miles" sign, K.I.T.T. has a center light bulb out in his iconic red scanner.
After sailing through the air across the river, K.I.T.T. very obviously nosedives. Clearly the stunt car couldn't have made it. Imminent highly-destructive crash.
Just prior to the jump, when Michael takes a fast turn on the dirt road, K.I.T.T.'s tires screech. Tires do not screech on dirt roads. It happens again a bit later.
When Michael is climbing the rock face while wearing an orange helmet and carrying a blue backpack, he looks down and the view briefly shows a climber also wearing an orange helmet and carrying a blue backpack. The next shot zooms out to show Michael and the rock face and shows there are no other climbers. Clearly the downward view shot was never intended to be used as Michael's own point of view and was intended as a view of his progress from a viewpoint higher up.
When Michael Knight is being arrested he gives the sheriff a phone number to call with area code 223. That area code was not designated until 2017 and then it was in Pennsylvania. The town of White Rock is in California based on the vehicle license plates.
(at around 6 mins) When Michael gets out of his car to first enter the White Rock General Store, the foley sounds used are for boots rather than sneakers.
When driving away from Davey, Michael looks into his rear view mirror and see that he is into a tussle with another kid, you could see a crew member on the left side with the flood light.
During the drive into White Rock when Michael and KITT are discussing the reasons behind rock climbing, when the camera is on the side view, you can clearly make out a person on the floor in the back seat. Two legs are visible and a few times something moves as if they are holding a script.
When KITT escapes from the sheriff's impound yard it pushes a station wagon where a couple is making out in the back seat. They would have obviously felt the car rolling and heard KITT's screeching tires but act as if nothing is happening.
