Now you see me

Some cool magic and although a predictable storyline, it at least gets some points for originality. Acting was decent and the effects really worked well.

Michael suspects that magician Austin Templeton could be the assassin, using his magic act as an alibi in each case. Bonnie disagrees, for she has fallen for the self proclaimed sorcerer's charms.

Spellbinding episode with Hasselhoff suspecting that a magician is behind a murder but he is quite perplexed and frustrated as how how to prove this. There is a good car chase sequence featuring a car turning into a funeral pyre and a nice twist at the end - fun episode. Always enjoy magical themed shows.

Trivia
In the original script, Templeton is introduced as a "handsome, charming, hypnotic fellow of thirty-five, on stage in top hat and tails." Much of Lance Burton's dialogue leaves room for improvisation, and the chance for the real-life magician to bring his own unique act to the show.

Goofs
Around the 46 minute mark, gray-haired Devon is drowning inside a locked water tank, wearing a red hood over his head. As Michael and RC3 are about to open the lid, you get a clear view of the stuntman inside the hood with his dark hair, diving regulator, and even some oxygen bubbles exiting the regulator.
