Dale says that cockroaches breath through booklungs. Being an exterminator he should know that cockroaches breath through spiracles, and that spiders breath through booklungs.
During the Backyard Bird Count, Peggy identifies a bird on the power line as a "Texas Nuthatch," however there is no such bird formally known by that name. The bird depicted resembles a Red-breasted Nuthatch which can be found throughout most of Texas from fall to spring, however neither the song it sings nor the call it makes when startled is that of the Red-breasted Nuthatch (or any of the other three nuthatch species that are found in Texas).
